The kitchen and the food

Good food and drink are balsam to the soul, so when you go away to relax and enjoy yourself, the meals are of great importance.

When you have worked hard, either on horseback or on a conference, you need good food of high quality. We have no set menu, but let the supplies of the seoson decide what we serve you.

What about an entrecote served with potatoe souflee, and red wine sauce with cinnamon. For dessert a white chocolate pannacotta with fresh berries.

At the camp the smoked lamb tastes delicious, together with beer or a Tequila.

Of course we also have other courses on the menu.

Something that's always on the menu is Jultorp's  own American Pancakes with maple syrup and vanilla butter together with small sausages, bacon, corn, salad and crisps. 

If you are a vegetarian, or have any food allergies, tell us in advance, and we'll make a menu just for you.
